77 Shadow Street

Just finished reading Dean Koontz's novel, 77 Shadow Street. I almost stopped reading about 100 pages from the end, but I persevered, regretting the decision. Following Watchers, his best work IMO, I don't think he's even trying anymore. Premise is weak. Storyline is weak. He loads on simile and metaphor as if he has a quota to fill.

Colorist Work - Saving Sam--An Illustrated State of the Union

OK, I've finished the coloring of the graphic novel I previously mentioned. It's called Saving Sam--An Illustrated State of the Union, by Thomas C. Ramey. It's now published on GlobalPost, and the print version is on the stands. Below are some samples, and you can see more pages here.

Colorist Work - graphic novel

Since my last post I've been working steadily and under deadline coloring the many pages of a graphic novel for a soon-to-be-well-known artist. Been averaging about 12 hours per day.

I can't divulge any more than that right now, at least not until the book comes out.
